AB & J Smoothie (Almond Butter & Jam)
- 1cup - unsweetened almond milk
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean
- 2tbsp - almond butter
- 1tbsp - sugar free jam (any flavor)
- - Add ice (as much as wanted)
Combine the almond milk, protein powder, almond butter, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Warm the jam up in the microwave just for about 8 seconds or so to soften. Drizzle and stir into shake. Enjoy!
Prep Time= 5 minutes. Serves 1/ Serving Size= 1 smoothie.
