7 Apple Pie Protein Recipes Perfect for Fall

I don’t know about you, but fall is my favorite time of year. I just love the change of colors, the brisk air, and the smell of spices in the air.

It makes my daily runs and bike rides so much more enjoyable!

You know what else I love about fall? The flavors!

Pumpkin, cinnamon, and apple. You just can’t go wrong. Here are seven amazing autumn-inspired apple pie themed protein recipes!

Caramel Apple Steamer

Ingredients:

  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 2 tbsp. fat-free whipped cream

Directions

  1. Whisk almond milk, spice, and caramel syrup over low to medium heat until milk is hot and frothy (but not boiling).
  2. Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Add IdealLean Protein and whisk until combined.
  3. If desired, top with fat-free whipped cream. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. old fashioned oats
  • 1 c ice

Directions:

  1. Blend and enjoy!

Apple Pie PB Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c coconut oil, melted
  • 2 scoops IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1/4 c natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar

Directions:

  1. Line a small pan or Tupperware dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix coconut oil, IdealLean Protein, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Mix cinnamon, apple pie spice, and coconut sugar until combined. Pour peanut butter mixture into prepared dish and top with cinnamon topping.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour, until set. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!

Apple Pie Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. low-fat granola

Directions:

  1. Mix almond milk, IdealLean Protein, apple pie spice, and chia seeds until smooth. Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight. Top with granola and enjoy!

Apple Pecan Muffins

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 c white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c old fashioned oats, ground
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1/2 c organic coconut sugar
  • 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 c chopped pecans

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, ground oats, IdealLean Protein, salt, cinnamon, apple pie spice, and coconut sugar. Add applesauce, egg, and almond milk and mix until combined. Pour into prepared baking pan and top with chopped pecans.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!

Caramel Apple Dessert Waffle

  • 2 tbsp. white whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. old fashioned oats, ground
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 c Salted Caramel Halo Top Ice Cream

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, oats, IdealLean Protein, cinnamon, apple pie spice, nutmeg, and baking powder.
  2. Add applesauce, egg, and almond milk and mix until combined.
  3. Pour into prepared waffle iron and remove when done. Top with Salted Caramel Halo Top and enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1/4 c sugar-free whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Whisk cream cheese, Greek yogurt, apple pie spice, & IdealLean Protein until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  2. Pour into crusts and refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy!
