Caramel Apple Steamer
Ingredients:
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
- 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp. apple pie spice
- 2 tbsp. fat-free whipped cream
Directions
- Whisk almond milk, spice, and caramel syrup over low to medium heat until milk is hot and frothy (but not boiling).
- Remove from heat and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Add IdealLean Protein and whisk until combined.
- If desired, top with fat-free whipped cream. Enjoy!

Apple Pie Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp. apple pie spice
- 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. old fashioned oats
- 1 c ice
Directions:
- Blend and enjoy!

Apple Pie PB Fudge
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c coconut oil, melted
- 2 scoops IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
- 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
- 1/4 c natural peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar
Directions:
- Line a small pan or Tupperware dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix coconut oil, IdealLean Protein, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Mix cinnamon, apple pie spice, and coconut sugar until combined. Pour peanut butter mixture into prepared dish and top with cinnamon topping.
- Refrigerate for an hour, until set. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!
