If you have signed up for my 15 Day Challenge, you know that I like quick, simple, effective things. I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen. I want to get in and out as fast as possible, and that is why I love IdealLean Oatmeal. In two delicious flavors—Blueberries ‘N Cream and Peaches ‘N Cream you can get in a quick breakfast ASAP. I also love to incorporate this oatmeal into a few different simple recipes for a tasty and nutritious breakfast that I can make in minutes.

The great thing about oats is that it is SO nutritious— it contains fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals. It is a healthy grain, with so many health benefits, and that is why we have incorporated it into the IdealLean line up. Plus, with 20g of protein, 5 g of fiber, and only 20g of carbs, it fits great into your macros, and starts your morning on the right foot.
