Refunds & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

For Consumable Products:

You may return your order within 1 year of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you have ordered more than two tubs, all other tubs need to be shipped back unopened in order to receive the refund. 

You may expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receiving the return package; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Our IdealFit Customer Service Team will notify you of your refund via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

For Digital Products:

No refunds will be issued on the eBook or digital product portions of this package. Refunds can only be issued on the value of physical products.

For Clothing:

We stand behind everything we create, and our women’s workout clothing is no different! We hope you absolutely love our IdealFit apparel, but if you didn’t like what you ordered (too big, too small, not the right style, etc.), we’ve got you covered.

 You have up to 30-Days from the date of receipt to return any worn clothing, and up to 60-days from the date of receipt to return any clothing that still has tags on it. We’re offering this solid money-back guarantee because we’re that confident that you’ll be satisfied with our clothing. It’s our sweat in it guarantee!!

How To Get a Refund or Exchange: 

  1. Contact Customer Service by calling 800-515-0896 or sending a message through your IdealFit account. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. After you receive your RA, you will need to ship the products back to us.
  3. Upon receipt of your return package, our IdealFit Customer Service Team will contact you and process the refund/exchange.

Exchange

  • Once we receive your return package, you will receive IdealFit account credit for:
    • Clothing ordered
    • Initial shipping paid
    • [BONUS!] Reimbursed return shipping
  • You can then use this credit to order products that will better suit your needs!

Refund

  • Once we receive your return package, you will receive a refund for:
    • Clothing ordered
    • Initial shipping paid
