When you place an order, IdealFit estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders usually ship within 48 hours of placement.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers. Normal shipping rates apply to all orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any given IdealFit product is found on that item’s detail page. Note that all weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect policies of the shipping companies we use.
You may return your order within 1 year of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you have ordered more than two tubs, all other tubs need to be shipped back unopened in order to receive the refund.
You may expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receiving the return package; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
