Chocolate Coconut Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c dark chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
  • 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and press down into a 9×9 baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool, cut into 9 bars, & enjoy!
