I’m so excited to learn about the benefits of protein. I always heard that if you consume too much protein, the excess will turn to fat. I am going to work on getting in more protein. Thanks for these fitness tips.

I love your protein powder and I like to have a variety but your tubs take up so much room! I did get one in a bag…it would be great if you had more in a bag with a zip lock top!

Thanks for the feedback Kimberly! We will pass this along to our product team!

I got gout for consuming too much protein. I did lose weight and love idealfit protein. How can I balance this out? I want to continue

    1. Christine Sanelli

Hey Paulette, we would recommend talking to your doctor to see what he/she recommends.

I am a mom on the go. Would this protein be ideal to use as a meal replacement to loose weight?

I would try to up your protein and work less on cardio and more on lifting. Also, try lifting heavier as you build up your strength.

I noticed your preworkout powder is made with stevia….so excited about that!!! Is there any future plans to make your protein powder with stevia also???? Would LOVE that and would buy it up since artificial sweeteners need to be kicked out for sure!!! Please don’t quote me any statistics about artificial sweeteners in the comments…we all know they are bad! Just wondering and hoping that is in the future with your protein powder Because your protein powder is sooooo good!!!!!!

Love the ebook recipes but I am disappointed that the fat grams are not included in the macros. Have to figure them out which is time consuming.

    1. Caitlin Peterson

Hi Deanna, what eBook are you talking about? If you are talking about a 15 day challenge, the macros aren’t in there because you are given the exact amounts of food you need to eat in the day so no tracking is necessary.

A group of girls from Oregon are hosting a Tone It Up meet up. It is scheduled for July 17th. I’m sure you have heard of this community and what they bring to the fitness world. We are putting together Swag bags for a meet up in Eugene, Oregon. We were hoping your company would like to contribute to the Swag bag with samples for 20 woman. We of course will be posting on our Instagram about our favorite companies 😉 We will be hiking Mt. Pisgah and opening our Swag bags at the top. I am of course a loyal customer of yours already! Just looking to share your product with the world .
    Sincerely
    Manda Fenley
