Hi there! Was just wondering if the Nighttime Probiotic was safe for people with gluten allergies. I haven’t seen anywhere that it is gluten free but I’m really hoping I missed something somewhere!
If it isn’t certified I can’t take it, I learned my lesson the hard way there!
Fingers crossed until I here from you guys!

Hi Amber! Unfortunately the Nighttime Probiotic is not officially certified as gluten free. Yes, it has been tested for gluten and can be considered gluten free, it measured in at around 10ppm, but it is not certified as gluten free. So use your own discretion when choosing to take this supplement, and maybe consult your doctor if you are unsure. I hope this helped!

Love the protein and bcaas from IdealFit. Just received the nighttime probiotics and cannot wait to try them! So far I have been very impressed with ideal fit products.

We are so glad to hear that Kellie! Let me know how you like the Probiotic. 🙂

Hi Amy, if you are on any kind of medication, we recommend talking to your doctor and getting the OK from them first.

  3. Monica

I have been using the 30 day stack and love it can’t wait to try more products with them

Should I take all three capsules at the same time before bed? And why is taking three capsules more effective vs one capsule?

    1. Caitlin Peterson

Yeah, you will want to take all three pills at the same time. The reason for that is is that you are able to receive the full dose of active ingredients (you can only pack so much in one pill). So taking three will be the most effective.

    1. Caitlin Peterson

Hi Marissa, you could, you just wouldn’t receive all the benefits that come from taking all three. WE definitely recommend taking three capsules, but you can take less if you prefer, they will still benefit you, just not as much.

Hi Shannon, because you are nursing we always recommend talking to your doctor before taking any of our supplements. 🙂

Hi Kim, at this point in time we only have a nighttime probiotic, however, you can also take this one in the morning before breakfast because it doesn’t have any sedative effects. 🙂

  5. Shalyn Uecker

Is there a recommended minimum age for this? My daughters are 14 and 16 and I’ve been looking at a probiotic for them.

    1. Caitlin Peterson

Hi Shalyn the recommended age for all of our products is 18. 🙂

  6. Anita Lemanski

I need a pro biotic plus I have a hard time sleeping so this might be perfect for me.

I need to know if I can take the fat burner early evening before an experiment class or does it have to much caffeine in it.

    1. Caitlin Peterson

Hi Anita we recommend taking the fat burner in the morning and in the afternoon, because there is caffeine in it, it could make it harder for you to sleep at night.
