Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
CLA is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in meat and dairy products, which has been shown to be effective in supporting weight loss. One study even found weight loss results in subjects who were given a CLA supplement for 12 months, compared to the subjects given a placebo, who lost no weight.
Beta alanine improves your blood flow by expanding your blood vessels, which means more oxygen rich nutrients to your muscles as you workout. It’s also an amino acid partly responsible for the fast-twitch muscle response in your body.
