    I love the success stories! So inspirational! I’m about halfway through the 15 day challenge and though I have missed a couple days of exercise, and haven’t always kept on the nutrition plan, I have noticed a difference in body tone. I love it! And I plan on repeating the program and continuing with the exercises. I’ve had to modify a few but they are very effective. It does show how effective those ‘little’ bursts of exercise can be. I was walking quite a bit but still not noticing much change in weight or inches. I realized I needed to add some oomph to my routine, and stick with it. I’ve been using my little 5 pound weights, but I was just doing the same exercises over and over. This program has helped me add some much needed variety.

    As I get ready to enter my 60’s next Spring, and welcome my first grandchild this Fall, I want to be in the best shape ever! I refuse to be a slave to age, or to have a ‘this is just the way it is’ mentality. Thank you for the oomph, Lindsey, and for all the inspiration and encouragement, ladies!!
