    I’ve been taking a multivitamin for probably 3 years now. I’ve noticed a difference. I just have more energy. When don’t take it, I can tell within a few weeks but it’s not terrible.
    I also can’t swallow pills well so I take a liquid multivitamin.

    It’s good to know about dietary supplements. I hadn’t thought about how taking a multivitamin every day helps kick start our bodies into working optimally. I feel like my body doesn’t absorb nutrients great, so I’ll have to try this.
