      Hi Carolyn, unfortunately with the 15 Day Programs we don’t have a grocery list, but we do with the 6 Week Challenge. Just make sure to look at the meal plans and write out all of the ingredients you need on your phone or a piece of paper before heading to the store. Sorry about that!
