    Is it good to take your bccas when there nothing in your stomach like if I go to work out at 5 in the morning and I take my bccas during my workout but after that I take my whey protein within the 30 minutes after my excersise but haven’t eaten any food yet

      Hi Natalie, yes you can! And we definitely recommend it! If you will be exercising on an empty stomach you should take BCAAs. And definitely follow up your workout with a post-workout protein shake that has both protein and carbs. 🙂

    I am concerned about meal replacements w/ artificial sweeteners vs Stevia or natural sweetener equivalent such as Monk fruit Etc? . Can you tell me if there are any artificial sweeteners in this product? Thank you!
