9 Delicious Trainer Flavor Protein Recipes

9 Recipes For the new Trainer Flavors

If we’re being honest here, I could probably eat dessert for every meal. Is that so wrong? Can’t I just live my life? Well, the answer is yes and no. If we’re talking your typical desserts then the answer is no. But I if we’re talking about desserts packed with protein and other good ingredients then the answer is hell yes. Go ahead and get that victory dance going.

Right now with all the holiday extravaganzas, there is a constant flow of tasty treats being thrown at our faces left and right. Literally. Okay maybe just figuratively, but still! Believe me, I’ve been there and it’s really not fun.
