    I work at home and generally don’t take a lunch break. I have a protein bar got breakfast, but I have a hard time getting a healthy filling lunch that is quick when I don’t have any leftovers from the night before. What else can I prep besides fruits and veggies that are a good grab and go lunch that will keep me full til dinner?

    I like to wear my workout pants to bed but I need to be more prepared in having the rest of my workout equipment and supplements out so I can make my mornings go smoother. I also like using compound movements to work the whole body.

    I am going to try the lemon and strawberry spa water! I personally hate water and only drink it with my bcaa’s, so I’m going to make it my goal to try the spa water this weekend!

    Do you make a vegetable protein powder? I had a kidney removed and my doctor told me to watch my animal protein intake. Are idealean proteins safe for me or should i keep looking for a vegetable based protein?

    So I’m 13 and I am currently in Basketball and so my time is mostly used there practicing and going to games, so I don’t have that much free time to go to the gym other than weekends. And the season will end soon with a Break this February, into my track and training season for Basketball and Running. I’d be playing on the court, going to the track and to the gym, what would you recommend my regimen to be or do at the gym. I know to work the different parts of my body which exactly? And how should I take my training to, by April I’ll 14. Basketball training would be for High School so how would you say I should get into the best shape and performance for tryouts in Cross Country and Basketball for the fall and Winter leading up to spring for Track?

      Hi Ash! I think it’s so awesome you’re already so active. I definitely think you should keep that kind of activity up all throughout your life, and you’ll always be in great shape! Because your body and brain are still developing, I actually don’t recommend you take most of our products now. With the approval of your parents, you may be able to take the Lean Protein Powder, but other than that, I don’t think you should be taking our products until you’re 18. I know, it’s a bummer, but it’s important you don’t disrupt the process of growth you’re currently in. Speak with your parents and doctor and see what they think about you taking the Protein powder. As far as your athleticism goes, just keep doing what you’re doing by training with your team. You’ll stay in great shape so long as you’re training.

    Hello! I have always been on and off with my workout routines and eating plan, but about 2-3 years ago I had a huge weight gain of about 30lbs. I’ve gone back to exercising and eating like I used to before my weight gain (not super strict eating regimen, but very sensible). My workouts include things like T25, insanity, and some weight lifting. And yet I haven’t lost a pound. :/ I’ve lost some inches on my body overall, and although I know that counts more, shouldn’t my weight reflect a LITTLE bit?! I don’t know how to get it down!

    I had a total hysterectomy in August. I haven’t gotten back into working out regularly and am now worried about my pelvic floor when I work abs. I really want to tone up, though! What suggestions do you have, and what an exercises would you recommend?

    I’m 45 insulin dependent with every meal. I lost 18 lbs & gained it all back. I’ve tried everything from carb cycling to lowering carbs, lowering calories, HIIT every morning then hit a plateau & gained it all back. I’m so frustrated. Nothing I have done has worked. Reasons I’ve found… over 40, insulin diabetic. I even tried the naturally slim program at my work which is where they teach you to eat less & that’s how I lost the weight but always was hungry. I need serious help.. single mother of 3 teenage boys & money is an issue. I’ve got a kettle ball & a stability ball & a workout machine which my boys use. Can you help?

      Hey Michelle, I’m sorry, that really is frustrating. So you do need to eat at a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight, but you don’t always want to feel super hungry! Getting enough protein will help to keep you fuller longer. 🙂 Have you looked into Trainer Lindsey’s 6 Week Fit Body Challenge? It provides you workouts and meal plans designed for weight loss and getting toned. You can also do it from home which makes it very convenient.     Hi I have a question I’m 33 and 5″5 And 125 i have lost some serious weight from stress I’m talking 10 lbs 🙁 i have 3 kids and my youngest is 15 months. I am at my normal weight but everything on my body looks so different:( I want to gain 10 lbs back and get my booty back to looking nice!! Help me how do I gain weight as I am a bad at eating and probably only eat once a day 🙁 due to always on the go and a single mom.
    What kind of supplement should I take?

      Hi Dezaray, if you are on-the-go a lot we definitely recommend using IdealLean Protein! When you are exercising it will help you hold on to muscle, and an active woman should be consuming a gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. Take a scoop of protein two to three times a day (generally before and after you exercise).

      Also have you looked into our 15 Day Challenges? They are free and provide support, meal plans, and workouts.       I also recommend using IdealLean BCAAs and you take those when you workout. They help improve your workout recovery. And pre-workout is also great if you struggle with having enough energy to get to the gym!

      Maybe because for me… my workouts last 2.5 hours or so… with drive time, etc. Thats before & after.
