    I’m trying to lose weight with a healthy diet and as much physical activity as possible. But I am working thru lower back issues so I’m limited. I’m working with a PT. Any suggestions on toning in a way that’s “low back friendly”? Can’t boost my metabolism with so little physical activity so I feel stuck and frustrated. I just ordered and recd the Iced Mocha Latte & cant wait to try it!

      Hi CJ! You should look into joining a yoga studio near you. Yoga is very low back friendly, and will help build up core strength to protect your low back, and in a lot of cases will actually relieve that pain you’re experiencing. I recommend Bikram or Ashtanga yoga.

    Heading into my second round of the 15 day fitness challenge and I am looking forward to trying the meal replacement shakes! I travel a lot and have trouble with staying on track with the fitness meal plan so I believe this it is just what I need to help me reach my fitness goal!

I do have to say that after reading you’re article on protein I am guilty of just going out and finding the cheapest one I can an no matter how hard I work I’m at a standstill with the scale and that is probably the reason why.

    I am a 34 y/o mother of four trying to find my body again! I recently dropped weight and I have been toning, but have now hit a plateau. I am confused if I should be using BCAA or the Protein shakes and how to use them. Do I use both? Protein for a breakfast shake and BCAA during workouts? Or do I stick to one? I workout at least five days a week with Beachbody programs and I’m looking to tone and lose maybe 5-10lbs. Thanks!

      Hi Kate, I definitely recommend using both! BCAAs during your workout and you can have them another time of the day as well on an empty stomach. Then you should be drinking a protein shake after you workout, and any other time you need a high protein snack. A great starting point would be to try Lindsey’s 15 Day Fit Body Challenge.     Hi Lindsey,
    I work graveyard. 12am-8 am. And of course i sleep during the day. And I wanna do the 15 day challenge. Most of the time I get up at 6pm. So I guess I have to start my breakfast at 7:00. But I have dinner at that time. What should I do? Thank you…

      Hi Yolly. So you can eat the food in any order that you want, but make sure that you eat everything on the plan. So you can eat the dinner option at 7pm, eat a snack a few hours later, then lunch, another snack, and breakfast, or whatever order you want, just make sure you are eating it all. Also wneh you sign up you will have access to Lindsey and a private facebook page with other members, so you could definitely ask questions there as well if you have more questions. Everyone is super supportive and so helpful!
